AlMoSt DoNe

Well, I’m actually trying to clean up my life a bit, which actually includes a whole lot of building sites *lol* I just recently went turning EOJ from the old CMS system to a new one and I’m done with the English part of it now and already started with the rest. I think it looks neat. What do you think?

I also went connecting my LJ to my blog so all you see is posted on both. It’s much easier that way. I figured that it would barely make sense to have 2 different blogs as my life is not the one of a pop star and if there’s something new it belongs to both. Hope you don’t mind it. It’s a lot easier this way though I have to clean up my “Almost Done” as well. Don’t really like how it’s organized.

My “cute” dog is developing odd habids such as stealing and carrying around shoes. If only he would not look so cute when he does it. He never trashed anything so I’m not very consequent *blush* I’m lost as far as this cute guy. Need defenitely to take more pictures of him. He’s almost 7 months now and still growing (which doesn’t mean too much as he’s still small, thank god *lol*)

Dog training is scheduled for this evening but the weather is awful. I’m not sure I’ll be willing to go. But maybe it’ll clear up soon *hope* Weather sucks!!

Like this one a lot RIGHT NOW. *lol* I put the banner together in quite a short time - as those are my favorite images (yeah I know, look a bit gay but as they were taken for a gay magazine it’s not so surprising and after all I love them - Julian looks gorgeous and young and sexy and hot and… *sigh*) If one is interested in having a look at the whole article check out ExtraOrdinaryJulian my second home.

I’m looking for a wordpress theme that fits my taste.

I know I said I’d like this one. I does but I’m not really happy with it though. Should be more simple but also more neat and elegant … I don’t really like such a “dominant” style on the long run I guess.

Thing is I don’t seem able to find one. There are lots of nice themes at http://themes.wordpress.net/ but couldn’t pick one out. Maybe I should get my busy butt up and make anotherone myself… but I doesn’t feel like.

Anyone any good idea where I could find more?

I also have to re-organize my whole blog/lifejournal thing. Soon… I have some ideas, just need them to get working together properly.

First off - before it’s over and I haven’t even mentioned it…

I’m so excited cause we’re going to see Christian Kane {Kanemusic.com | Myspace: Kanecountry - check the sites out, there are some great songs to listen for free}. Dev discovered he will come to Fulda next saturday, so we didn’t hasitate and hurried to get tickets. It’s a pretty long way but I’m sure it’ll be worth it. YEAH!

Then I opened a new (German) messageboard dealing with nutrition and diet » http://www.abnehmbar.de.vu. In the process I figured RSS Feed is a feature worth having an closer look.

And last but not least I added a page “Resources” where I will collect some links I use, need and find worth sharing. I know there’s the link manager but this way it’s more useful I guess.

I recently developed some odd habit. Once in awhile my fuzzy mind comes up with ideas for new domains - though “registration” is almost closed … only one more domain left for me to register *whimper*

However - when this ideas pop up on my mind I rush to www.eunic.de and check whether these names are available or already taken - just for fun. Some are - some are not … BUT {and this is the upsetting part of the story} there are many if not to say most of them just … trash … either you geht the message “under construction” or “server not available” and so on or the webpage has nothing to do with the name at all or it’s old and/or ugly ofte not updated in years. This is torture - I really have no clue why it works that way….

One more thing *grin* as for my LJ’s name is “ghost-of-light” and als my Deviant Art I decided to register ghostoflight.net - it’s just containing links so far … yet I like it a lot.
